Dimitries Care Plans

 

If you’ve come to this page looking for a one-size-fits-all care plan, you’ll struggle to find it. The truth is, we don’t actually have those types of care plans. Unlike other jewellers who charge you for a package of post-sale services and repairs, Dimitries Jewellers believes in caring for you, and your jewellery, through ongoing customer service that’s tailored to your specific requirements. A lot of that care is absolutely free.

 

All of our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. A promising start! But it gets even better. Once you purchase something from us, we begin a customer service relationship that doesn’t always require a paid care plan. Here are a few examples relating to custom made pieces, engagement and wedding rings:

 

• We take care of the initial rhodium plate or buff and polish before the big day. This is free of charge.
• For all custom-made engagement rings, we cover the initial re-size if the original size provided to us wasn’t correct. We offer this service so you don’t have to stress about getting the wrong size if the ring is a surprise.
• Every buff and polish or rhodium plate is charged at a flat rate for our clients on an ongoing basis.
• We offer free in-store cleaning for the life of the piece.
• We offer free check-ups every 12 to 18 months to make sure the piece stays healthy.
• A trained and qualified team member is always on hand to ensure the best quality and service is provided at all times.
